Dakota Ag Concepts has been an Independent Manufacturer's Representative for the CONKLIN® Company, Inc. since 1989. We represent all six of the divisions and all 250+ products manufactured by the CONKLIN® Company. Today, our customers, distributors, and field managers are found throughout the upper Midwest. We provide direct shipment to retail customers, we screen and represent those interested in becoming independent wholesale distributors, and provide ongoing support and training for our customers, distributors, and managers.

ABOUT US
Dennis and Dawn Thyen have been involved with Conklin since 1989. They have been Sales Directors since June 2018. Dennis & Dawn both were raised on farms in north-central and northeastern South Dakota. Dennis has a degree in agricultural finance and Dawn has a bachelor of science degree in commercial economics from South Dakota State University. Dawn has been in sales at Slumberland in Watertown, SD for over 30 years. Dennis and Dawn were married in 1989, they have 3 grown children with 8 grandchildren and another on the way.
We are a family of managers dedicated to addressing questions and providing ongoing training and support. We invite you to call us for assistance at any time. We are here to count on.

Kyle and Alison Thyen have been with Conklin since 2010 and currently are District Managers with the company. Kyle and Alison have three children, Lucia (4), Kolbe (3) and Dominic (1). Andrea Tesch has been involved with Conklin since 2012. Andrea is currently a Sales Manager with Conklin. In addition to being a busy Mom of four, she is an assistant loan officer at First District Association in Watertown, SD. Her children are Ben (5), Blair (3), Bryce (2), and Beau (1). Kendra and Nick Prokop have been involved with Conklin since 2018 and are currently Sales Managers with the company. Their son Liam is 3 years old and will become a big brother later this year! Kendra is also a Red Jacket beauty consultant with Mary Kay. Nick is completing his master's degree in cybersecurity at SDSU and working with the state of South Dakota upgrading network systems across the state.
